WORSHIP SERVICE                    Sunday, April 15, 2007                    8:30 & 11:00a

PRAYER TIME BEFORE WORSHIP: God of power and love, the excitement of Easter and the sounds of ‘Hallelujah, Christ is Risen’ have faded.  The crowds have returned to their villages and homes.  Life is returning to normal.  However, we know Lord that life will never be the same again.  Christ’s resurrection has unleashed His power and the power of the Spirit in our lives and in our world.  Our lives, our world are changed.  Allow you power to surge through us, that we may in each moment live as citizens of your Kingdom.  Amen.

In life and death we belong to God.  Through the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God and the communion of the Holy Spirit we trust in the one God, whom alone we worship and serve.  We trust in Jesus Christ, fully human, fully God.  Jesus proclaimed the reign of God.  We trust in God, who in sovereign love created the world good.  We trust in the Holy Spirit, everywhere the giver and renewer of life.  With believers in every time and place, we rejoice that nothing in life or death can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
